The soft stretchy ties can be worn horizontally around your head, or If you prefer shorter ear loops, you can cut them shorter and re knot under your ears.
The mask should tightly cover your chin, mouth and nose. Press and mould the top seam onto your nose and cheeks. Glasses can be successful worn over the mask without fogging them up.
This nose seam contains wire, and can be wriggled in and out when washing.
You should wash your mask after each use in hot soapy water. Always wash your hands before touching the mask and try to only touch the side seams and loops. Store in a clean bag.
